Program Description

Pharmaceutical Outcomes Research is a Ph.D. program located in the Skaggs School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences (SSPPS). This program is housed in the Center for Pharmaceutical Outcomes Research (CePOR), a school-wide center in the SSPPS. Our doctoral curriculum is designed to develop competent and highly skilled researchers in the study of patient, provider of population-level health care and health system interventions within the context of prescription drug use and policy. Areas of focus emphasized in the degree program include pharmacoeconomics, pharmacoepidemiology, health services research and drug policy.
