Program Description | The PhD program in Pharmaceutical Science at VCU School of Pharmacy includes four areas of concentration: 1) Pharmacotherapy, 2) Pharmacoeconomics and Health Outcomes, 3) Pharmaceutics, and 4) Medicinal Chemistry. These programs provide the preparation and research experience for academic, governmental, and industrial careers. Nearly 100% of our graduate find employment directly after completing their PhD. It typically takes 4-5 years for our students to complete their PhD. |
