Program Description A Master of Science in Pharmaceutical Sciences degree is being offered by the Department of Pharmaceutical and Administrative Sciences in the College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences. This degree program can be completed in five full-time semesters (fall, spring, summer, fall, and spring). Students can customize the concentration of their focus through available elective courses and by the selection of a thesis advisor in a specific field of study. Faculty from the Department of Pharmaceutical and Administrative Sciences, as well as other faculty from throughout the University, are engaged in the provision of instruction and thesis advice. Thesis advisors are available in the following disciplines: medicinal chemistry, pharmacology, pharmaceutics, cosmeceuticals, pharmacogenomics, toxicology, neuroscience, oncology, immunology, biochemistry, and biomedical engineering.
