Program Description:
The Master of Science in Medical Sciences program at Western New England University offers a comprehensive pathway to advancing careers within the U.S. health sector. This program is designed to serve as a pivotal bridge, connecting both international and domestic educational experiences with the rigorous demands and vast opportunities of the U.S. healthcare system. The 30-credit MS in Medical Sciences can be completed in as few as two full-time semesters (fall and spring). The curriculum builds on science-related undergraduate study, making it ideal for students holding bachelor's degrees in biochemistry, biology, biotechnology, chemistry, dental surgery, health sciences, health studies, medical engineering, medicine, medical lab technology, microbiology, pharmaceutical sciences, pharmacy, physiotherapy, surgery, or veterinary science & animal husbandry. Through coursework taught in the state-of-the-art classrooms and labs of the Center for the Sciences and Pharmacy, you will be well-prepared to pursue advanced education or career paths in a broad range of practices from biomedical research to healthcare administration.

Application Requirements:
•	Bachelor’s degree: A U.S. bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited college or university or an equivalent degree from a foreign country.
•	Preferred minimum GPA: Undergraduate GPA of 3.0 is preferred. Candidates with a lower GPA will be considered on a case-by-case basis. 
•	Transcripts: Transcripts from all colleges attended must be submitted to PharmGrad. International students must submit English-translated transcripts and degree certificate.  An official course by course degree evaluation may be required prior to matriculation.
•	Recommendations: A minimum of two evaluator names must be submitted within your PharmGrad application; at least one recommendation must be from a professor (i.e., a faculty member).  
•	Qualified candidates may be invited to participate in an interview and complete a writing sample.
•	A current resume or CV must be uploaded to the Documents section within PharmGrad.
